Set My Lineup Week 4 (Segment one)

1) Pat

League Settings: PPR, IDP

QB: Andy Dalton, Jared Goff

RB: Kareem Hunt, Bilal Powell, Ameer Abdullah, James White, Wendell Smallwood, Derrick Henry

WR: Jordy Nelson, AJ Green, DeAndre Hopkins, Martavis Bryant

TE: Charles Clay, Tyler Eifert

K: Jake Elliott

D/ST: Philadelphia Eagles

IDP: Ryan Shazier

Vick’s Take: Jay Cutler is terrible, I’m happy to see you cut him. Although Andy Dalton has shades of Jay Cutler within him, go with the Bengals QB since he has a hot hand. Ameer Abdullah and DeAndre Hopkins are on the midst of being started, just let it marinate for one more week. Bilal Powell was a clutch call last week, he should look to see a lot of carries and receptions. Eagles defense is good to roll with this week since they play the turnover prone Cardinals.

2) Brad

League Settings: PPR

QB: Tom Brady, Matt Stafford

RB: Ameer Abdullah, Tarik Cohen, Alvin Kamara, Ty Montgomery, Wendell Smallwood

WR: Jordy Nelson, Mike Evans, Stefon Diggs, Randall Cobb, Chris Hogan

TE: Travis Kelce

Vick’s Take: Best team I’ve seen on this site. You are stacked. While Ty Montgomery gets healthy you can stark Cohen or Smallwood.

3) Chris

League Settings: Unspecified

QB: Deshaun Watson, Marcus Mariota

RB: Le’Veon Bell, Jamaal Charles, James White, Joe Mixon, JD McKissic, Thomas Rawls, Jerick McKinnon

WR: Keenan Allen, DeVante Parker, Stefon Diggs, Terrelle Pryor, Jaron Brown

TE: Delanie Walker

K: Graham Gano

D/ST: Pittsburgh Steelers

Vick’s Take: You went ham on the waivers this week. Keep an eye on some of those newcomers on your team and see if they are the real deal or not. I like your lineup as it is, except I am a fan of Jaron Brown this week. Eagles are susceptible to the big play.

4) Sandra

League Settings: PPR WR/TE

QB: Cam Newton, Tyrod Taylor

RB: Ameer Abdullah, Buck Allen, CJ Anderson, Isaiah Crowell

WR: Odell Beckham Jr., Randall Cobb, Stefon Diggs, TY Hilton

TE: Charles Clay

K: Brandon McManus (BYE WEEK)

D/ST: Dallas Cowboys, Carolina Panthers

Vick’s Take: If I saw Nick Folk still on your roster I was going to lose it. Cam Newton balled out last game, and I had remarked he only does so every other week. This would make him due for an off week, but with all the extra media attention he is getting I think Cam Newton is the start. As you can see you need some RB depth, if CJ Anderson or Ameer Abdullah were to get hurt you would be very suspect at that position.

5) Jeremy

League Settings: Unspecified

QB: Russell Wilson, Carson Palmer

RB: DeMarco Murray, Tarik Cohen, Mark Ingram, Doug Martin, Derrick Henry, Alvin Kamara

WR: Jordy Nelson, Keenan Allen, Larry Fitzgerald, DeSean Jackson, Corey Davis

TE: Cameron Brate, Vernon Davis

Vick’s Take: Doug Martin is a risky play this week, but I think he will get extended time against the Patriots. The Bucs offense has yet to establish an identity, Doug Martin helps them do that. Your WRs are very good, look to upgrade at the TE position somehow.

6) James

League Settings: Unspecified

QB: Matthew Stafford, Derek Carr

RB: Le’Veon Bell, James White, Theo Riddick, Branden Oliver

WR: AJ Green, Odell Beckham Jr., Rishard Matthews, Willie Snead, Tyrell Williams, Danny Amendola

TE: Jared Cook

K: Dan Bailey

D/ST: Houston Texans

Vick’s Take: Look at add depth at RB. Oliver can be dropped for Austin Ekeler. The flex player needs to be reliable. If Mariota is hobbled, Rishard Matthews is less valuable. Go with Amendola and Brady on a short week.
